Now Hiring: Boat Assembler

Location: Edgewater | Pay: Competitive | Schedule: 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble boats and marine components such as hulls, decks, and cabins
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds
• Follow work instructions and basic blueprints
• Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of hands-on or mechanical experience (assembly, construction, etc.) or willingness to learn
• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Preferred (Not Required):

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Mechanical experience
• Marine or boat assembly experience

Work Environment:

• Non-climate controlled facility (hot and humid at times)
• Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting)
• Exposure to tools, machinery, fiberglass, and similar materials
• Steel toe boots required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
