From holidays to personal events, Nothing Bundt Cakes is here to bring premium service and product to sweeten the day.
  • Our team environment is light-hearted, driven by compassion and service to guests and team members alike. It is important to us that the team is led with kindness and understanding. We want everyone who comes into the bakery to feel the joy!
  • Daily bakery work can range from moderately to extremely active. Heavy lifting of up to 50lb is required on a regular basis. Each department (Utility, Baking, Frosting, Guest Service) has unique tasks that rely on fine motor skills, attention to detail, and upper-body strength. For example, baking requires the repetitive motion of using an industrial scoop to put cake batter into proprietary Bundt pans.
  • The management team is especially active. There is no private office, and the expectation of all managers is that, when computer-based tasks are complete, you are engaging with each department. Regular check-ins are conducted throughout the day to ensure success and smooth operations.

Schedule:
This is an in-person role that requires time and attention on a regular and as-needed basis. Staffing can at times cause unpredictable changes that will need to be addressed and solved by the management team as a whole. However, the ultimate responsibility for all problem solving lies with the Bakery Manager.

  • Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
  • Holiday availability required
  • Weekends as necessary
  • Schedule subject to fluctuation based on business and seasonality
  • Time off is supported and encouraged with the requirement that it does not conflict with important bakery moments, including holidays and large events. The Bakery Manager must ensure the bakery is stable and led by the rest of management during their time away.

Pay & Benefits:
Pay and benefits will be done in conjunction with a tiered training schedule. This training period sets the role up for long-term success, allowing the individual to master each role in the bakery before developing management skills.

  • Salary non-exempt: $45,000-$47,000/per year after 90 day learning period
