Description

Responsibilities

• Provide senior business analysis support for Enterprise Data Collection Platform and Stakeholder Management System
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation across enhancements and modernization initiatives
• Manage and prioritize business requirements, user stories and backlogs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, dependencies and change impacts
• Support delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives and timelines
• Work with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality standards
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements and future-state solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies and requirement gaps and escalate appropriately
• Ensure documentation is accurate and supports knowledge transfer and audit requirements
• Support full delivery lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing and implementation
