Job Description
Do you have a CDL A or CDL B license and enjoy local delivery work where you can stay active? We are hiring CDL A/B Drivers for hands-on delivery opportunities. This role is a great fit for drivers who are comfortable operating straight trucks, box trucks, or commercial delivery vehicles while also handling touch freight throughout the route.
In this role, you will drive local delivery routes, deliver products to customer locations, load and unload freight, use a hand truck, dolly, or pallet jack, review invoices and delivery paperwork, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, collect delivery confirmations, and report any shortages or damages. This is a physical driving role that requires lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product at delivery locations.
Candidates must have a valid CDL A or CDL B license. Local delivery, route delivery, touch freight, foodservice delivery, DOT compliance, pallet jack, hand truck, or refrigerated product experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Drive a CDL A or CDL B commercial vehicle on local delivery routes
- Operate box trucks, straight trucks, tractor trailers, or other assigned delivery vehicles
- Deliver products to customer locations safely and on schedule
- Load, unload, and move touch freight using a hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, or by hand
- Lift, carry, stack, and place products at customer delivery locations
- Review route paperwork, invoices, delivery tickets, and product counts for accuracy
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and delivery instructions
- Communicate with customers during deliveries in a professional manner
- Collect signatures, confirm completed deliveries, and report shortages or damages
- Keep assigned vehicle clean, organized, and report maintenance concerns
- Handle refrigerated, perishable, or foodservice products as needed
- Assist with warehouse loading, staging, or general duties when needed
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
