Compensation: $66,000-$70,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus Potential
Our client is a well-established insurance organization that has been providing specialized insurance and risk management solutions for decades. With a reputation for stability, service, and long-term growth, they are seeking a Commercial Claims Adjuster to join their Harrisburg-based team.
This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse mix of commercial auto liability, physical damage, cargo, and general liability claims while working alongside an experienced and collaborative claims department.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial insurance claims
Manage commercial auto liability and physical damage claims
Handle bodily injury claims and settlement negotiations
Review cargo and general liability claims
Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, agents, medical providers, and vendors
Maintain accurate and thorough claim documentation
Analyze claim exposure and determine appropriate resolution strategies
Resolve claims within authority limits and escalate larger exposures when necessary
Manage multiple claims while maintaining quality and service standards
Minimum 1 year of claims handling or claims adjusting experience
Experience handling bodily injury claims
Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Active Adjuster License preferred
Texas or Florida Home State Adjuster License preferred
