Job Description:

As a Data Conversion Analyst, you will lead end to end analytics that support customer conversion, funnel optimization, and data health initiatives. You will work across business and technical teams to design reliable data models, ensure high data quality, and translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations that drive informed decision making and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain conversion focused data models to support analytics and attribution.
• Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks.
• Conduct and interpret A/B test results to assess experiment impact.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation across environments.
• Collaborate with project, business, and technical teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Identify data health, quality, and conversion related risks.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Present data driven insights to leadership and support alignment on optimization efforts.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data quality concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Hands on experience using BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience working closely with ETL developers and database administrators.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non technical audiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience supporting data cleanup, validation, or conversion initiatives.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
