In-House Design Manager

Degree in construction related field

5+ years of experience in designing construction projects in the industrial space

Knowledge of the construction process from inception to closeout (including design, estimation, project management, and warranty work)

Structrual knowlege

The ideal candidate should demonstrate robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills, operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Additionally, they should exhibit strong leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative team environment for overall project success. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead meetings and presentations professionally. It is crucial for them to convey complex processes and challenges clearly to individuals with limited technical design and construction knowledge. Self-motivation, commitment to team and individual goals, accountability, organizational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this role.
