SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Dishwasher for a Grocery store in Factoria, WA (Details below)

TITLE: Dishwasher

LOCATION : Factoria, WA

SCHEDULE : 9am-5pm, Tues, Thurs-Sun

PAY : $19

SUMMARY:

This position requires a hardworking Dishwasher to ensure dishes are safely cleaned, organized, and readily available, while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to food safety standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.

· Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly.

· Empty trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.

· Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

· Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment.

REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

· Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays needed.

· Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
