Document Control Specialist I Location: Charlotte, NC Work Classification: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Position Type: 3-Year Contract Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday (Flexible core hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

We are seeking a Document Control Specialist I to join a premier, Fortune 150 energy leader in Charlotte, NC. This is a long-term, stable 3-year assignment where you will play a pivotal role in managing critical infrastructure and project data.

Responsibilities

As a Document Control Specialist, you will be the backbone of project information management. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Data Infrastructure: Develop and implement necessary frameworks to efficiently process, track, and secure vital project documentation (including vendor documents, construction blueprints, quality records, and business-critical files).

  • Package Management: Coordinate and oversee the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and submission of construction work packages for final archiving.

  • Streamlining Processes: Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-effective, smart solutions for managing large-scale project information.
