responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive document control and records turnover services for Gas Transmission projects throughout their lifecycle to meet Our Client's specifications.

• Manage engineering and vendor data uploads into Kahua, ensuring accurate asset tagging, file management, and alignment with commissioning records.

• Compile, audit, and validate project turnover documentation, metadata, and asset data utilizing tools like Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to rectify record deficiencies and ensure the timely turnover of Final Vendor Data Books.

• Provide technical leadership by interpreting business requirements, developing data management standards, and recommending process improvements.
