Employee Benefits Associate (3+ Years Experience) Kansas | Full-Time | Confidential Search

A well-regarded labor and employment law firm is seeking an Employee Benefits Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its practice.

This role primarily involves:

Advising clients and plan service providers on compliance with ERISA, PPACA, HIPAA , and related federal and state employee-benefits laws

Drafting and amending plan documents, including plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and plan policies

Participating in and attending client meetings

Preferred (but not required) qualifications include experience with qualified retirement plans , self-funded health and welfare plans , and/or an LL.M. in Tax or a tax certificate .

Kansas Bar admission , or the ability to obtain admission promptly, is required.
