Our company specializes in customized training services oriented toward the United States market.
We are recruiting staff who speak fluent and standard English to complete outbound telephone work. You will screen potential customers with genuine interest in our products via phone calls, then obtain and record their contact information. This constitutes the full scope of daily work responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls in fluent standard English toward audiences from the US market

2. Communicate briefly with prospects, judge their willingness and interest level toward our training products

3. Filter qualified interested leads accurately, collect valid personal contact information and submit records as required

4. Maintain polite and professional communication etiquette during every phone conversation

Job Requirements

1. Possess native-like, smooth spoken English pronunciation, capable of barrier-free oral communication with American users over the phone

2. Have basic communication skills, patient conversation mindset, and basic judgment ability to identify potential clients

3. Able to follow work process standards strictly, finish daily call volume tasks stably

4. No prior outbound calling experience is required; systematic on-the-job training will be provided
