We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations and help customers secure the right financing and protection products while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do * Present and secure vehicle financing and lease options for customers. * Offer and explain protection products, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products. * Work with multiple lending institutions to obtain approvals and competitive financing terms. * Structure, process, and fund deals accurately and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and manufacturer regulations. * Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners. * Train and support the sales team on finance programs and dealership offerings. * Deliver a transparent, professional, and luxury-level customer experience from delivery through funding. Qualifications * Previous automotive F&I experience required; luxury brand experience preferred. * Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability. * Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, compliance, and dealership processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * High level of integrity and attention to detail. * Proficiency with dealership management and F&I software systems. Preferred Skills * Menu selling expertise. * Credit analysis and deal structuring. * Knowledge of lender programs and funding processes. * Strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focus. * Leadership and coaching abilities.
