What You'll Do - Welcome guests with genuine warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and strong problem-solving skills
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate efficiently with housekeeping, engineering, security, and other departments
- Maintain a polished, organized, and guest-focused front-desk environment

Qualifications What We're Looking For - Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive, helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and composure
- Comfort with computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
