Responsibilities

• Water, care for, and maintain a diverse selection of plants, including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and tropicals
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming plant shipments
• Restock and merchandise plants to ensure displays are full, clean, and visually appealing
• Create and update pricing and signage as needed
• Monitor plant health and promptly report any issues to the team
• Support customers in selecting plants and provide basic care guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse
• Assist with general customer service and support during peak times

Qualifications

• Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
• Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work in warm, humid, and varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Interest in gardening, plants, or outdoor work strongly preferred
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn—no prior experience required
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience with plant care or merchandising is a plus
