When you join Stream, you won’t simply start a new job—you will build a meaningful and impactful career.The HCM Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our HR systems, to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee data, HR processes and system functionality. This role will serve as a key resource to HR management for day-to-day tactical and operational concerns as well as being focused on long-term strategic HR planning and implementations. This is a hybrid role in Downtown Dallas.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all HR Systems within Steam Realty Partners
Ensure data accuracy and accurate reporting within HR Systems
Lead and manage HCM-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
Oversee the HR Operations team
