NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, high revenue opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Minivan . We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area)

• Compensation: Guaranteed $205 per day (Average weekly commission: $1025).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Start/End Time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Required Vehicle: Large SUV or Minivan.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 1,300 miles.
• Daily Stops: Approximately 40.
• Geographical Area: South Bend, Lakeville, LaPaz, Bremen, Etna Green, North Liberty, North Judson, Plymouth, Knox, Culver, Monterey, Kewanna, Star City, Winamac.
• Sorting: None required.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Large SUV or Minivan .
• The vehicle must be 2013 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.

To maintain our industry leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre employment process before beginning work, which includes:
• Driving History Review (past 36 months),
• Criminal Background Check
• Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
