Interior Plant Care Specialist, Maintenance Division - Parterre Garden Services, Inc. Greater Boston

Are you passionate about plants, horticulture, and creating beautiful indoor environments?  Parterre Garden Services , one of Greater Boston’s leading fine gardening companies, is seeking a dedicated  Interior Plant Care Specialist  to help maintain and grow our interior maintenance division. Our clients trust us for our expertise, professionalism, and artistry in horticulture—and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion and finds purpose in stewardship of interior plant care. 

As an  Interior Plant Care Specialist , you’ll work closely with our clients to maintain their interior plants.

Your Role: 

• Water, prune, clean and fertilize a wide variety of tropical and interior plants.
• Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental stress.
• Replace, rotate, and refresh plant material if needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report plant care needs to Field Director.
• Safely transport tools and materials between jobsites.

What We’re Looking For:  

• Experience with indoor plant care or greenhouse work.
• Knowledge of tropical plants, watering practices, pest identification and management, and plant health fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a consistent service schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Parterre is located in  Billerica , with work performed at client properties throughout Greater Boston, including Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Dedham, Dover, Lexington, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Winchester, and surrounding communities. 

Employment Type: 
Part-time position

Some Saturdays required during peak seasons.
