Junior Data Analyst (Customer Engagement Analytics)

Location: Miami, FL

Notes:

• This person will be creating reports, dashboards & analytics on targeted offers for casino
• Must know Excel, SQL and PowerBI very well.
• Good with numbers (any financial analysis would be helpful)
• Experience working with large data sets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) required with a degree focus in Marketing, Business, Finance or other quantitative discipline preferred
• 2-3 years of work experience required, with experience performing either strategic digital analysis, financial analysis or business intelligence/marketing analytics highly preferred
• Proficiency in SQL with proven ability to manipulate large data sets with a strong understanding of relational databases
• Working experience developing dashboards with advanced data visualizations in PowerBi
• Experience in travel/leisure hospitality preferred
• Ability to work with & manipulate large sets of data and to make tactical decisions with large financial impacts with minimal supervision
• Experience with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
• Attention to detail required
• Ability to operate in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once in a fast-pace environment
