Litigation & Land Use Associate Attorney
Location: Downtown Portland, OR | Hybrid Flexibility Experience: 4-7 Years (Flexible)

The Role
We are seeking a versatile Associate to join a highly collaborative team in a brand-new downtown office. This is an ideal seat for an attorney who enjoys a mix of courtroom advocacy and strategic advisory work. You will handle a diverse portfolio, including:
* Commercial Construction Defect Litigation
* Land Use & Zoning: Navigating municipal regulations and boundary disputes.
* Defense Work: Employment and municipal defense.
* Real Estate Litigation: Representing clients in various property-related disputes.
Who You Are
* Experienced: Ideally 4-7 years of practice, though we are flexible for the right fit.
* Skilled Litigator: Comfortable handling the litigation process from start to finish.
* Entrepreneurial: You are outgoing, collaborative, and comfortable approaching multiple Partners. The firm heavily encourages attorneys to "market themselves" and build their own professional brand.
* Professional Stability: A solid track record of tenure at previous firms is preferred
* Must be licensed in the state of Oregon
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience).
* Billable Target: A manageable 1,650 hours.
* Bonus: Performance-based bonuses are available upon meeting billable targets.
* Future Growth: Dedicated transition plans are in place for senior attorneys to mentor associate attorney to handle and establish client relationships.
* Flexibility: Onsite work is preferred initially to build internal relationships; however, once established, attorneys manage their own schedules with significant flexibility.
