We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, this is the job for you. salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery according to company procedures
- Set up machines for production runs
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency or correct issues
- Load raw materials into machines
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems
- Follow workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain production records and reports
- Identify and report defective materials or equipment malfunctions
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Work with supervisors and team members to improve production processes
