Manufacturing Line Packaging Operator

Location: Coal City, IL

Employment: Full-Time | 1st or 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)

Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour | Paid weekly

A day in this role

You clock in and head to a clean, organized production floor. Your first task is to join the assembly line where you’ll build and package products to exact specifications. As orders come in, you help create product displays and assemble customer orders, checking for accuracy and quality at every step. You catch a cosmetic defect on a unit, remove it from the line, and keep things moving. Pallets are staged; you stack finished cases, wrap them securely for shipment, and label everything clearly. Throughout the shift, you rotate into general warehouse duties, straighten your station, and keep the area safe and tidy—because safety and quality are how the team wins the day.

What you’ll handle

• Operate on a production/assembly line to package finished goods
• Assemble customer orders and build product displays
• Inspect items; remove defective products to maintain quality standards
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare shipments
• Support general labor and warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace
