MIG Welder

In this hands-on role, you’ll use MIG welding and fabrication techniques to bring precision and craftsmanship to every project—while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

MIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Perform MIG welding using production fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Ensure accurate assembly and product quality
• Track production output and complete required documentation
• Operate fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, sanders)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production goals in a fast-paced environment

MIG Welder Qualifications:

• Proven MIG welding experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with grinders, saws, and sanders
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Steel-toed boots required
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
