POSITION SUMMARY: Support and maintain IAM platforms including Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure and reliable access management. Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and identity integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and automated provisioning workflows. Assist with user lifecycle management, access controls, group administration, and identity governance processes. Build, maintain, and optimize IAM automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, configuration issues, and authentication problems while escalating complex cases as needed. Maintain technical documentation, support testing and change management activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM services and security practices.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
