Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues researching and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures routine analytics and creating reports and completing exception processing.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordination of implementation for products services and operational solutions

• Supports the design documentation implementation and monitoring of new products and services

• Provides guidance regarding procedural technical and operational changes

• Expands business products knowledge within operations environment

• Builds network by developing relationships with partners and teammates

• Inspects data to identify issues and trends

• Collects and interprets data to validate operational processes

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center with particular emphasis on operations management

• Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight

• Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms

• Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self-directed activities adhering to all applicable laws and regulations

• Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day

• Enthusiastic highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic intense focus and attention to detail

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified

• Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management business administration or finance

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$25.00 - $40.12 hourly pay offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Predictable pay

This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
