Behind every successful deliverable is a Project Manager keeping the wheels turning. In this role, you translate the high-level goals of CBP/AMO into daily operational realities, ensuring that critical training and support projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and with absolute precision.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Define & Execute: Build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, milestones, work breakdown structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Success: Establish priorities, balance workloads, and monitor performance of project staff to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Communicate Clearly: Brief stakeholders bi-weekly on project health, solicit structured feedback, and pivot workflows based on client needs.
Quality Control: Ensure all project artifacts and deliverables meet rigorous government and Team Carney standards.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience, preferably supporting federal agencies.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in project management software (MS Project, JIRA, or similar toolsets).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
