Job Description

We are looking for a Python Developer to design and implement scalable, cloud-native applications within a Microsoft Azure environment. You will be a key player in the full software development lifecycle, leveraging modern AI-assisted tools to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Location: Columbus, OH

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Schedule TBD)

Key Technical Skills

• Python & Flask: 5+ years of experience in Python, with at least 3 years specifically using the Flask framework.
• Microsoft Azure: 3+ years of experience with Azure App Services, storage, and cloud-native architecture.
• API Design: Proven expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs .
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience using tools like Claude to enhance coding efficiency and documentation.
• DevOps & Tools: Proficiency in Git , CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

Highly Desired (Bonus Points)

• Containerization ( Docker/Kubernetes ).
• Front-end frameworks ( React or Angular ).
• Infrastructure-as-Code ( Terraform or ARM templates ).

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical reality.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and peer reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• Must be willing to complete an FBI Fingerprint check .
• Must reside in (or relocate to) the Columbus, OH area.
• Strict Compliance: Government equipment cannot be taken or used outside of the United States.
