Regional Manager

SK Pools — Southern California

Location: Southern California (field-based)  Reports to: CEO

Compensation: $80,000 base + up to 50% annual bonus tied to company performance

SK Pools is a growing pool service and retail company operating multiple locations across Southern

California. We run our retail stores as service hubs and are building the most trusted pool company in

The Role

We're looking for a Regional Manager to be the connective tissue between our store locations and

executive leadership. You'll spend your weeks on the road visiting our locations, supporting our

General Managers, and making sure each entity is running smoothly and hitting its numbers. You're

the first line of defense — the person who catches issues early, coaches managers, and keeps

everyone accountable before problems escalate to ownership.

This is a Swiss Army knife role. One day you're reviewing KPIs and financial performance with a GM;

the next you're helping set up a POS system or security cameras at a newly acquired location, or

driving a truck up to a store that's short a vehicle. You thrive on variety, you're comfortable solving

problems on the fly, and you genuinely like people.

What You'll Do

• Visit store locations regularly to check in on operations and gauge how each team is doing
• Build strong relationships with General Managers — coach them, support them, and hold them accountable
• Partner with GMs on goal-setting and tracking, with a focus on KPIs and financial performance metrics
• Keep managers honest and on track toward their targets, surfacing issues before they require executive involvement
• Handle ad-hoc operational needs: setting up technology (POS, cameras, software) at new or
• existing locations, coordinating equipment and vehicle logistics, and filling gaps in a pinch
• Serve as the bridge between the field and executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• Strong people and coaching skills — you can build trust quickly and have hard conversations when needed
• Comfort with financial metrics and KPIs; you can read a P&L and talk numbers with a GM
• Highly organized and self-directed — you'll manage your own schedule across multiple locations
• Hands-on and resourceful — willing to set up a camera system one day and coach a manager the next
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company truck provided)
• Comfortable driving between locations across Southern California
• Trade background strongly preferred — pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related trade. You understand field work and can earn the respect of the people doing it
• Multi-unit or operations management experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 base salary

Up to 50% annual bonus based on company performance
