Department: Behavioral Health Unit
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting
Assess, plan, and implement psychiatric nursing care plans
Monitor patient progress and response to treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Float to nearby facility as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of recent psychiatric nursing experience
Previous travel experience required
Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license at time of submission
Ability to work rotating shifts (nights/flex to days)
Must be willing to float to affiliated facility if needed
Certifications:
BLS
CPI or MOAB
