Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to design CRM and digital solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for administration, configuration, release management, and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds and integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment, takes ownership of deliverables, and ensures strong governance, data quality, security, and user experience standards.

• Architect CRM solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce.

• Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases; evaluate, recommend, and implement new features.

• Manage sandbox environments including refresh planning, data seeding, and reconfiguration.

• Lead release and deployment activities using Copado and GitHub workflows, following Salesforce DevOps best practices.

• Oversee operational aspects of Salesforce with focus on configuration, deployments, data integration, and issue resolution.

• Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.

• Ensure proper security models for data access.

• Take ownership of sprint stories, aggressively remove blockers (Slack, email, Zoom), and drive tasks to completion.

• Demonstrate accountability and visibility in stand ups, ensuring progress toward deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting Sales Cloud on Lightning for 300+ users.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.

• Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant & Agentforce Specialist highly preferred.

• Experience with AppExchange products, flows, validation rules, triggers, page layouts, record types, formula fields, and report types.

• Strong expertise in Copado as a deployment tool.

• Experience with environment maintenance, sandbox management, confidential data handling, and integration configurations.

• Knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) and Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics.

• Understanding of Agentforce 360 concepts and readiness for AI enabled service and automation.

• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, Salesforce Own (formerly OwnBackup) for backup and recovery, and DocuSign CLM.

• Familiarity with DevOps & Data Tools: Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Dataloader.io, Change Sets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
