Overview:
Our client is seeking two experienced Salesforce Developer & Administrators to support and enhance a mission-critical Salesforce environment. These professionals will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, developing new functionality, resolving production issues, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise application while contributing to ongoing enhancements and long-term platform success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, forms, and workflows
• Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex and Salesforce platform tools
• Configure field-level security, validation rules, profiles, and user permissions
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Optimize SOQL queries and improve overall system performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain user and service account profiles while ensuring security best practices are followed
• Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing platform maintenance
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and development activities
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress with business and technical teams
Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development experience
• Hands-on experience developing with Apex
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and object configuration
• Advanced experience writing and optimizing SOQL queries
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise Salesforce environments
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certifications preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
