Nawy Real Estate is looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the development of innovative design solutions for our real estate projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design process from concept through execution, ensuring that all projects align with the company’s vision and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of graphic and product designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Develop design strategies that align with company objectives and client needs.
Oversee the design process for all real estate projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and construction, to integrate design with overall project goals.
Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and output.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the design team remains competitive and innovative.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in design management, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing management of design projects and innovative solutions.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
