Senior Influencer Talent Manager

(Southern California - Remote)

The Role

As a Senior Influencer Talent Manager, you'll bring an established book of creators, strong industry relationships, and a proven revenue history into a senior seat at Neon Rose. This isn't a ramp role — it's a plug-and-play seat for someone already operating at a high level who's ready to bring their roster to a more mindful, creator-first agency. You'll lead talent relationships, own brand negotiations, and continue growing revenue from day one.

What You'll Do

• Bring and grow an existing roster of established, high-performing creators.
• Identify, pitch, and sign senior talent through outbound sourcing and warm industry relationships.
• Own roster revenue — hitting and exceeding meaningful targets is table stakes, not a stretch goal.
• Pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value brand deals
• Manage inbound brand inquiries and match them with the right talent.
• Lead client and internal calls as the senior voice in the room.
• Work alongside Talent Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people!
• Spot industry trends and platform shifts to keep talent ahead of the curve.

Must Haves

• A track record as a Talent Manager at an established influencer, talent, or entertainment agency (not brand-side, not in-house creator management) . Years matter less than the quality and scale of what you've actually closed and grown.
• A proven, quantifiable recruiting track record — specific creators you've personally signed, with deal outcomes you can speak to.
• A strong, referenceable revenue history tied to talent you've personally managed.
• Plug-and-play capability — you can step in, run point on your roster from day one, and don't need training on negotiation, deal structure, or industry norms.
• Existing relationships with brand partners, agencies, and platform reps.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the influencer and social media space.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet.
• A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated.
