ServiceNow Developer
Position: Contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Brevard) or Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months
Job description:
5+ years of hands?on ServiceNow engineering and development experience
Practical experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
Experience developing workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automated controls
Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or banking
Familiarity with regulatory and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, COSO)
Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory exams
Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, Performance Analytics, or custom dashboards
Strong communication skills with both technical and non? technical stakeholders
