Job Description:

• The SharePoint Engineer, a member of the Cloud operations team, is responsible for the management of the company's SharePoint sites and for coordinating user administration, support and training of the SharePoint system. Oversees and directs the maintenance of system specifications; ensures the company's technology resource systems are operating in a secure and stable manner. Manages the deployment of SharePoint architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Collaborate with the CTO, Development and IT Management Teams in the creation and implementation of strategic plans, key IT initiatives, budget development and monitoring.
• This role will require extensive knowledge with SharePoint online, SharePoint 2019, workflows, InfoPath and converting InfoPath/workflows to M365 power applications and forms.
• Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Right to Financial Privacy Act (state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act.
