Skilled Trades Professionals (Multiple Openings)

FLSA: Full Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly

G2 Engineered Structures, LLC is a growing construction and manufacturing company specializing in innovative residential, commercial, and marine building solutions. Based in Lake City, Pennsylvania, we manufacture and install precision-engineered structures while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and professional growth.

Now Hiring: We're currently seeking experienced professionals in the following trades:

• Carpenters
• Drywall Installers/Finishers
• Handymen
• General Laborers
• Other Skilled Trades Professionals

Whether you specialize in one trade or have experience across multiple disciplines, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform construction, installation, repair, and finishing work on a variety of projects.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Assist with additional construction tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in one or more construction trades.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely use construction tools and equipment.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (possible overtime)

Work Location

Work is performed both in our manufacturing facility and at customer job sites, depending on project needs.
