Job Description

Our education client is seeking a Social Media Manager to support their team through

June 2026 .

Key Logistics & Availability

  • Location: Must be based in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
  • Live Events: Must be available to cover 1-2 live assignments per month (Monday-Friday).
  • Meetings: Must be available for weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 2:00 PM .
  • Hours: Up to 20 hours per week .

Responsibilities Content & Channel Management

  • Manage four social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) .
  • Create an average of 12 pieces of content per month , cross-posted across all platforms.
  • Handle the full content lifecycle: collecting images, filming, editing, and copywriting.
  • Schedule all posts using Sprout Social .

Engagement & Communication

  • Provide customer service on all channels (answering inquiries, DMs, and comments).
  • Maintain daily correspondence (M-F) with team members to collect content.
  • Attend one weekly meeting (in-person or virtual) and additional management meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of social media experience (must have a current portfolio).
  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing business accounts for FB, LinkedIn, IG, and X.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Sprout Social and video/image editing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote/hybrid team.
  • Reliability: Must be able to attend live events and fixed weekly meetings consistently.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
