Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
* Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
* Understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored advice and solutions from our range of financial services.
* Guide clients through complex processes with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
* Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry, market trends, and relevant regulations.
* Prepare reports on account status and deliver regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or another relevant client-facing role.
* A strong background in the financial services or mortgage industry is essential.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* A demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and results.
* Proficiency with CRM software and the MS Office suite.
