Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-time Administrative Clerk to join our growing team. What We Offer * 401(k) with matching plan * In-house training opportunities * Career growth and advancement * Off on Sundays Responsibilities Hours: (Can negotiate if need be) Saturdays (730a-5p) Monday - Thursday 4p-8p * Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) using dealership software * Accurately calculate bills, make change, and issue receipts

  • End of day reconciliation
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally * Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism, referring issues when necessary Requirements * Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus * Strong communication and customer service skills * Professional appearance and demeanor Lorensen Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
