We're looking for a culinary leader with exceptional cooking and management skills to take charge on the Executive Chef's days off, ensuring top-notch quality control and overseeing our café's production, labor, and inventory.

What You'll Do:  

• Inspire, motivate, and mentor our talented staff. 
• Craft enticing menu specials that keep our guests coming back for more.
• Skillfully manage food and labor costs to maximize efficiency.
• This is your chance to lead with creativity and dedication at our bustling café, known for its high sales volume during breakfast and lunch, and seasonal excitement with our branded food truck. 
• Our recently expanded open kitchen café is a haven for Southern cuisine lovers, offering dishes made from scratch.
