At Marshall Grain Company we're a small company that believes we best serve our customers by having sales folks who are passionate about the things we sell. And what we sell are organic gardening supplies, plants, garden accessories, and products to feed and take care of pets.
We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service from sales associates who have taken the effort to learn how our products can help solve our customers' problems. If you like helping people solve their gardening problems you'll enjoy this job! For this position we need a motivated self-starter who loves plants amp; gardening. It's a plus if you have professional gardening experience, such as having worked at a garden center. You must be good working with customers and be enthusiastic about gardening, especially organic gardening.
You must be able to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner. You should be able to work weekends. You must be able to work out-of-doors in Texas summers. This position is at our new store in Colleyville, TX, and can be full-time or part-time. Local candidates only please – we cannot pay for relocation.
