What's in it for You?

• Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time, year-round employment

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Occasional overtime available

Your New Role

• Assist licensed technicians with servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Support HVAC equipment installations and complete system change-outs

• Assist with standby generator installations and service work

• Learn HVAC diagnostics and basic electrical troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced technicians

• Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipment

• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate work records

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Deliver professional customer service while representing the company in customers' homes and businesses

• Travel to customer locations throughout Shawnee, OK, and the surrounding areas

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• HVAC certification or trade school education preferred, but not required

• Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades experience is a plus, but not required

• Electrical experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with experienced technicians

• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment, tools, and materials as required

• Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
