What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):
Prep, cook, and plate our signature menu items with speed and precision inside our custom food trailer.
Own your station: Keep it ultra-clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Work fast and smart alongside the FOH team to keep tickets flying out smoothly during peak hours.
Assist with prep work (chopping, slicing, batching) and keep tabs on inventory so we never run out of the good stuff.
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability is #1: If you say you’re going to show up, you show up.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-casual kitchen, food truck, or catering environment is preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
Skills: Solid knife skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure during a Friday night rush.
Availability: Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
