Job Title: Industrial Welder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Welder to perform high-quality fabrications on steel and aluminum components . Experience in MIG welding and blueprint reading is highly valued. Candidates with at least 6 months of similar experience or a weld program certification are preferred. Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using MIG and bench welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.
• Set up and assemble various machines or components for welding.
• Grind welds and maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly manner.
• Collaborate with team members and follow all safety rules and supervisor directions.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of similar experience or a Weld Program Certification from an accredited school.
• Proficiency in MIG welding (aluminum, steel, and stainless steel).
• Experience with blueprint reading and using measuring equipment like tape measures.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical skills and basic computer use.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 200 lbs .
• Capability to work standing on a concrete floor for the majority of a shift.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of a weld test and authorization to work in the U.S..

Work Environment This position operates in a professional manufacturing facility focused on safety, quality, and productivity. You will work as part of a team dedicated to engineering and constructing reliable equipment for various industrial markets

This is a Contract position based out of Sheffield, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
